Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship in 2-5 business days. If we need to make your piece, it may take up to 4 weeks to ship. See full shipping details here.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us using the form above.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! We offer free 30-day exchanges for all U.S. customers. To qualify:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
Complete sets must be returned together; individual items from a set aren't returnable separately.
To initiate an exchange, please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. We'll set up a new order for your desired item, deducting the original purchase amount (minus any shipping fees). Once we receive the item you're exchanging, we'll ship out your new piece. All NYXA jewelry is made from high-quality, handcrafted sterling silver—designed to last.
How do I clean & care for my jewelry?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. To maintain its look, gently polish it with a silver cloth. Full care guide here.
