Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. If you're outside of the United States, contact us to see if we can make it happen.

How long does shipping take?

Most items ship in 2-5 business days. If we need to make your piece, it may take up to 4 weeks to ship. See full shipping details here.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or reach out to us for help.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Please visit our Exchanges & Returns Policy to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely! We offer free 30-day exchanges for all U.S. customers. To qualify:​Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.​Include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).​Complete sets must be returned together; individual items from a set aren't returnable separately.​ To initiate an exchange, please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. We'll set up a new order for your desired item, deducting the original purchase amount (minus any shipping fees). Once we receive the item you're exchanging, we'll ship out your new piece. What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

That’s not the NYXA experience we want for you. We stand by our craftsmanship. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I find my ring size?

Are NYXA pieces gendered?

Nope. All NYXA jewelry is genderless & size-inclusive—because style has no rules. We generally try to keep sizes 3-13 in stock, but if you need a smaller, larger, or in-between size that's not listed on the website, just Contact Us and let us know.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, handcrafted sterling silver designed to last. For pieces that contain gemstones, we use conflict-free, natural precious and semi-precious gemstones. Over time, our jewelry develops a natural patina, giving each piece a unique character.

Jewelry Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. To maintain its look, gently polish it with a silver cloth. Full care guide here.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Yes, but prolonged exposure to water—especially saltwater, chlorinated pools, and sulfur hot springs—can accelerate oxidation. Sulfur hot springs will darken your jewelry almost instantly. If your piece oxidizes, a quick polish will restore its shine.

All NYXA pieces come in premium packaging—including a NYXA-branded mailer box.
